  11.             This program is the modern equivalent of flipping a coin.
  12.             When a question is input in the top box, and the Answer
  13.             button clicked with a mouse, it will generate a YES/NO
  14.             type answer in the bottom box. New Question should then
  15.             be clicked to proceed with the next question. There may
  16.             also be interesting responses if clicked elsewhere.

  18.             REQUIREMENTS:

  20.             Since this is a Windows program, naturally Windows is
  21.             required, with all it's usual requirements. Also, being a
  22.             Visual-Basic program, it requires the file VBRUN100.DLL
  23.             to be available to it. Aside from the main file EXDEC.EXE,
  24.             it should also have this README file, an INVOICE.DOC file
  25.             and PRINV.BAT, a batch file used to print the invoice
  26.             either from DOS or via the menu thru DOS.

  28.             REGISTRATION:

  30.             Registration, as per included in the program is $5.00, plus
  31.             with an additional $2.50 (S/H), registrants will be sent the
  32.             newest version and a list of other programs we offer.

  47.             As always, you should make a backup copy of your original
  48.             disk. Please refer to your DOS manual.

  50.             INSTALLATION:
  51.  
  52.             To install, put the original (or backup) disk in your disk
  53.             drive, change to that drive by typing the drive letter and
  54.             a colon, then press return (A: + return). Then type copy
  55.             *.* C:\WINDOWS. Assuming that your windows program is on
  56.             drive C in a directory called windows, otherwise change
  57.             your input accordingly. See DOS manual. Then you can add
  58.             this program to your Windows group through the normal manner
  59.             of adding Windows programs..see Windows manual.
